These are some of the things that the scrutineer will check on the bikes each time they ride:
- Bike to be clean and tidy
- Plug ends of handle bars
- Levers to have knobs on them
- Throttle must return
- No loose spokes on the wheels
- Front and back brakes must work and return
- Split pins in front and rear wheel or equal locking systems
- Chain properly adjusted
- Stand Removed
- Foot pegs retract
- Riding No’s Front & Side Plates
- Helmets have Australian Standards Sticker on Back.
Note: Riders must present themselves to scrutineering with all riding gear
- Helmet
- Goggles
- Armour
- Gloves
- Boots
- Hands must be stamped to show you have signed in.
When joining, riders will be allocated a riding number – this number must be displayed on both sides of bike and on the front in certain colours (which will be advised when number is issued).
The number will need to be in place by first point score day.
